2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoFoDo. By using CoFoDo, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Roles

CoFoDo may include photographer accounts, client accounts, and public gallery access.

You are responsible for account security and activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, abuse, fraud, harassment, or rights infringement.
• No uploading or sharing unlawful or prohibited content.
• You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content.

5. Content Review and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, process, moderate, and remove content to enforce these Terms, maintain platform safety, and comply with legal obligations. This includes reporting suspected illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to law enforcement and relevant agencies.

6. Photographer Content Ownership and License

Photographers retain ownership of their photos and content. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transform, transmit, and display content solely to operate and improve CoFoDo and provide sharing features on your behalf.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access remains through the paid term.
• Price changes apply prospectively with advance notice where required by law.

8. Refund Policy

Recommended and applied default policy: charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

For annual subscriptions only, first-time purchases may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge by contacting support@cofodo.com.

Partial and prorated refunds are not provided for unused time after that period.

9. Third-Party Services

CoFoDo relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Resend, Backblaze B2, ImageKit, Stripe, and PostHog. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, abuse, or security reasons.

11. Disclaimers

CoFoDo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tonywithasony LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of CoFoDo.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify users by email and update the Effective Date above.
